Marktconform
Medior
Den Haag
Come work for the Regulatory Reporting team to contribute to building our regulatory reports to the supervisory authorities.

This is what you'll do

Within the Accounting, Reporting and Tax team there are several teams. One of these teams is responsible for reporting to supervisory authorities (eg. Dutch Central Bank). You will support this team in meeting our external reporting responsibilities working directly with our senior team members. This will allow you to learn effectively and build knowledge both on how NIBC operates and what it means to be a regulated bank. The team is progressing in automating reports and your role would also include an active part in the effort to further refine the reporting process. Detailed IT knowledge is not required, however a healthy interest in how IT applications work is a pre-requisite. Likewise, knowledge of financial regulation is not a pre-requisite but your role will include exposure to such regulations and interest in those will help you succeeding in your position.

Your team

you will be working in a very diverse team of professionals with different backgrouds and age. Openness, honest feedback and respect are essential when working in our team. In short, your role will be very diverse and you will have the opportunity to work with many different departments and stakeholders!

Talent Program

Every year, we offer a select group of talented colleagues from the entire bank a spot in our Talent Program. You could be part of this program, too! In this program, you and your fellow trainees (a diverse and international group) will focus on personal and professional development. Working and learning-on-the-job is alternated with targeted training and development activities both developed in cooperation with top ranked business partners. Learning on the job is key in this process, you will be challenged with many hands-on exercises and cases to develop your personal and professional skills.

Sarah recently participated in the Talent Program as a junior analyst:

“Before I started working here, I had no idea of the things you could do at a bank. Thanks to my daily activities as part of the Commercial Real Estate team, I'm learning so much. The Talent Program has given me the opportunity to meet lots of people from other teams with whom I can share experiences.”
