Are you a passionate HR consultant with broad experience in People & Organizational development (topics related to e.g. people development, learning, strategy) and specifically with Performance Management? This position is crucial in determining how to use and shape Performance Management in such a way that positively impacts sustainable performance, the desired culture and our licence to operate. In addition the Performance Management responsibilities for the Identified Staff CLA+ population are a crucial part of this role.
Your job
Our goal with Performance Management is to contribute even more effectively to the success of our organization, by connecting goals at organizational, team and individual level. With the result that each colleague can contribute to the maximum to our shared goals based on his or her unique talents. We want to strengthen the link between the strategic goals and the individual performance & development of our colleagues. You will work closely with an extensive number of colleagues within HR and in the Business. You will continuously strive for improvements and innovations together, within the framework of the legislation and regulations.
Working environment
You will become part of HR, the Sustainable Performance team in Amsterdam. This team is (globally) responsible for Performance Management and Wellbeing as an important driver for the performance of all colleagues and therefore for the organization. In addition, you can be assigned via the Flow2Work principle to broader topics within HR, for example related to organizational effectiveness or learning.
Your profile
We are looking for an energetic colleague with cool ideas about how colleagues get inspired and supported to get the best out of themselves. And who has an integrated view on Performance Management and other relevant HR products. It is important that you take responsibility and, to the contrary, also leave responsibility where it belongs. We employ 'thinkers' and 'do’ers': you give direction to the content and ensures that it becomes reality. You are not alone in this role.
Check your profile:
- Hbo / wo working and thinking level; with extensive experience and clear vision on Performance Management and Organizational effectiveness.
- Strong consultancy skills, and you are a solid and impactful discussion partner for senior managers and other stakeholders (internal and external) in either English or Dutch language
- You have great implementation skills and a lot of experience in leading and/or coordinating projects
- A team player and connector with courage, proactive and self-starting
- You are skilled in the use of (talent) systems. Translating (strategic) plans into a logical story in a slide deck is easy for you and Excel holds no secrets for you
- The core values of Care, Courage and Collaboration suit you perfectly and you are familiar with the agile way of working

- The gross monthly salary displayed above (Eur. 6.408 - 9.155 pm) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
- Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
- An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
