Wat je meebrengt

• 5-8 years of working experience as a communications specialist in similar positions (within publicly listed companies), with good analytical and stakeholder management skills
• You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, both in English and Dutch
• You’re a self-starter, with project management experience and a strong drive to deliver
• Digital savvy with experience in all (digital) channels, data-driven
• Energetic, friendly, and strong personality, with robust problem-solving skills, able to act and collaborate with a high sense of organisational sensitivity
• Advisory skills, sparring partner and able to collaborate well with colleagues of varying seniority
• Preferably relevant experience within the field of sustainability communications

Met wie je werkt

• This role sits in the Internal Communications & Channels team of NN Group’s Corporate Communications department
• Corporate Communications (CoCo) consists of three teams: Internal Communications & Channels (IC&C), Media Relations & External Communications and Netherlands Communications
• CoCo is responsible for all internal and external communications activities related to the brand and the company’s overall strategy. The team has a strategic, advising role for the Management Board (MB), senior management and business units regarding reputation and image. The team advises, coordinates, implements and manages communication plans, activities and channels
• The objective of the IC&C team (7 people) is to set out the common direction of the organisation internally, to involve employees in this process and to provide managers with the tools to help convey the company’s overall strategic message
• You will work closely with your colleagues in CoCo and (communication) colleagues in other staff functions and business units
