The Adviser International Mobility will be the backbone of the services we provide in NN to enable International Mobility in the form of assignments, business travel and temporary working from abroad. They will work in The close-knit International Mobility Department (‘IMD’) and will get the opportunity to learn and develop in the area of International Mobility. Wat je gaat doen
The Adviser International Mobility will have the following (main) responsibilities:
- To support the IMD Specialists in the preparation and execution of new short-term, long-term, commuter and virtual assignments. This includes, a.o., collecting information to analyse the assignment, creating a cost estimate using the IMD’s tooling, analysing compliance consequences (wage tax, social security, immigration), drafting assignment letters, and coordinating the execution of assignments
- To support the IMD Specialists in the team to align with stakeholders (Home/Host HR, Home/Host managers, the assignee, and others if relevant)
- To assist with the execution of, and questions relating to, ad hoc projects and other services such as working from abroad and business travel
- To support with administration including expat administration, invoicing, instructions to payroll and the recharge process for NN Group
- Being involved in ad hoc projects as required, and being able to manage projects with a clear focus on deadlines, results, and stakeholder management

- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred

The role is in the International Mobility Department, which sits in the NN Group Reward team. The NN Group Reward team is part of the HR Center of Expertise, which is responsible for realizing the HR ambitions and strategy by offering high quality products and services to the business units.
In the IMD, you will work in a team which currently consists of 5 people. The IMD is a close-knit team which is committed to high-quality service. The team is always looking to improve and innovate to best service the business and find solutions for business needs in the area of international mobility.
